Warm, engaging and educational presentations on body image and eating disorders.

WHO are these presentations for?

Jess offers presentations for years 3-10 and adapts the content to suit each age group. For single-sex schools and schools that would prefer to split students into gendered groups, Jess offers tailored gendered presentations. For years 9-10 presentations can include information on disordered eating and eating disorders.

What will the presentation be like?

In an age-appropriate way, Jess begins each presentation by telling young people her story of negative body image and bullying. Jess’s presentation style is warm and engaging, and by sharing vulnerably she creates an atmosphere where children and young people feel safe to share. Jess loves to engage with her young audience and continually provides students with an opportunity to answer questions and share their thoughts and feelings. Through this process of sharing, students learn they are not alone.
